All Site managers are trained and hold the current Certification in the following: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), First aid, PASMA (Mobile Access Tower Training) Height Awareness (Inspection of Harnesses and Lanyards) Waste Awareness (CIWM) Safe use of Abrasive Wheels, Tool-box Talks.
Stephen Moloney holds the current certificate in Managing Safely in Construction IOSH (Institution of Occupation Safety and Health) Remaining members of the team are also trained in Risk Assessments, Waste Awareness, Scaffold Inspections and Asbestos Awareness.
Base Interiors realises the importance of Health and Safety on all of our sites and are committed in promoting training not only for our direct employees but sub-contractors are also included in our training programme, ensuring that all our workforce are trained and competent.
Our experienced Project Management team will manage the project from start to finish. Weekly progress meetings will take place and minutes will be distributed to tackle areas that require attention, whilst monitoring progress and any changes to the programme. The same project management team will be there to address any issues for you a year after your project has completed.
